All Domestic Shipping will be done with USPS and UPS

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments and buyer assumes all responsibility.
• We can not ship to an address that is not on file in the Shipping Address section
• We will not change the shipping address unless there is a mistake in spelling or suite number
• All Gold and Diamond Sales will be insured with UPS in order for the safety and security of your package

All International Shipping maybe subjected to customs/duties tax in the country you reside in. Please Note that we are not in control of customs taxes or duties nor do we at Jewelry Express Atlanta receive that money. These custom/duties are generally paid to the country in which you reside in. There will be under any circumstances we at Jewelry Express Atlanta to avoid customs and duties charges by changing the insurance policy in which we secure our packages to avoid fees. Jewelry Express Atlanta does not have the ability to give any client their customs duties charge. Please contact your country's customs duties office for any such charges that may incur

Once any Gold and Diamond Items have been shipped is not subject to returns as all Gold and Diamond sales are Final
